woke up early this morning again...didnt manage to get my 8hrs of sleep ): mom woke me up to tell me that she's accompanying bro to his dental appt..haha felt like i was awake enough to get out of bed.. so i went out with them! (: travelled about 1hour all the way to AH for his dental appt that lasted for barely 15minutes.. zzz... hahah

decided to bring them to Victor's Kitchen! (: all time favourite dim sum place.. especially when mom always complain i tell her abt all the nice food places but nv brought her there..haha he brought me there when they were still located at the small corner in Sunshine Plaza.. now they expanded and moved to a bigger shop space in the same building..

loveeee the steamed carrot cake! (: probably the only place i know that serve this traditional style of carrot cake.. much much nicer than the commonly found fried verison that's soaked in oil.. haha.. mom liked their century egg fish porridge.. not a fan of porridge but i would always order their porridge when im there.. bro enjoyed his glutinuous rice which i think i nv ordered before..it always look too filling for me..like if i ordered that i probably cant finish it or if i do i probably eat other stuff.. haha.. char siew and prawn cheong fun is a must have! not their best dish but still good.. haha.. usually dont eat siew mai too.. but i like their siew mai! somehow their siew mai taste abit different compared to the usual siew mai that has a v strong pork taste.. haha and hai guo stuffed with prawns! yummm (:

unique way of serving HK summer ice milk tea! (: the cup of milk tea is placed in the bowl of ice.. instead of the usual kind which have ice cubes added into the cup.. makes the ice milk tea chilled and doesnt dilute it when the ice melts! (: haha.. like their ice lemon tea.. they will pound the lemon slices before pouring the tea in.. instead of the usual cup of tea with a slice of lemon added.. always end up having to poke the lemon slice with the straw..haha like the strong lemon taste! (:

although they are not the cheapest dim sum around.. usually spent about 10per head there.. but its definitely worth spending that amount for the good authenic hong kong dim sum! (:
